This recruitment includes the posts of Enforcement Officer / Accounts Officer (EO / AO) and Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC). It is very important for every candidate to understand the selection process, exam pattern, eligibility, and application process. Let’s know in detail—
1. How will the selection process be?
Candidates will be selected for this recruitment based on two stages:
1. Combined Recruitment Test (CRT)
This exam will be in offline (pen and paper) mode.
The time of the question paper will be 2 hours.
All questions will carry equal marks.
Negative marking will be applicable — 1/3rd of the marks allotted will be deducted for every wrong answer.
If a question is left unanswered, no marks will be deducted.
2. Interview
After the exam, the selected candidates will have to appear for the interview round.
The final merit list will be prepared in a 75:25 ratio. That is, 75% marks will be added from the written exam and 25% marks from the interview.
2. Exam Centre and Allotment Rules
The exam will be conducted in 78 cities across the country.
Each exam centre will have a limited seating capacity.
The centre allotment will be on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
Once the seats at an exam centre are filled, it will be closed.
Candidates who are unable to get a centre of their choice will have to choose one of the remaining options.
Therefore, the commission has advised the candidates to apply early so that they can get their preferred exam centers.
