 What is LBO post?

Local Bank Officer (LBO) is a representative of the bank who expands banking services in rural or semi-urban areas. These officers add new customers, explain loan schemes, monitor accounts and increase the reach of the bank. Candidate must have a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Maximum Age: 35 years

Selection in Bank of Baroda LBO Recruitment 2025 will be done in three stages:

1. Online Written Exam

2. Interview / Document Verification

3. Final Merit List / Medical Examination
